going to dublin in july for two weeks with my daughter , looking forward to seeing dublin again .

so here iam again had a great patricks day ,went to the parade downtown cleveland ohio ,saw a lot of people i have not seen in years also found out who had passed on to my surprise came home had dinner with the wife and kids and after wards went down to brennans conly bar on lee road in cleveland heights to where there was much singing and drinking the weather was great 60,s hifh great for march so all and all the 17th march was another great day ,

My great grandparents were in Limerick and then moved to Cork. Hubby and I visited there last year and it was amazing we both felt like we were finally home what an amazing feeling. We currently live in the states and have never REALLY ever felt like it was home you know that peaceful feeling like an old shoe comfort like we did when we were there. I have to say when we went to the airport to come home I had a very heavy heart and couldn't help but cry. Hubby is working on getting his citizenship and has been for 8 long years he is finally at the home stretch and the future is looking brighter. Keep good thoughts for us as it is always something that keeps setting us back..

I was not born in Ireland but my grandparents were. I am planning to work on my "citizenship" paperwork, so that one day I may return to my family's home.

CAME TO OHIO IN 1976 , ONE CANNOT COME FROM IRELAND AND FORGET IT . DRIMNAGH AND TALLAGHT IN THE EARLY 60SAND 70S BUT NOW I HEAR IT IS A HUGE CITY
