I am 22 years old. 6' 2" fit, with blond hair and hazel eyes. I am currently employed in the navy and I live in Guam for the time being. My dream is to make my way to Ireland. I am interested in learning Gaelic if anyone has any tips.
Favorite Music:
Irish Folk, but i listen to most all genres. I enjoy Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack. I get into some R&B with some Jazz as well. I like some good old Rock and Roll. I feel at home with some country. I get pumped up for my races with some Rap. I enjoy hitting the dance for with some salsa. But most of all enjoying a nice night at the pub with some good folk band.

I travel the world and the seven seas and there is no place like Ireland.

I have partied in Roppongi, I have climbed inside Giant Buddha and there is no place like Ireland.

I have avoided pirates in the Malacca Strait to see the twin towers in Malaysia. Then back again to eat wings at the first Hooters in Asia. There is no place like Ireland.

there is a book called,BUNTUS CAINTE, IT CAN BE PURCHASED,from gael_linn, 26 merrion square,dublin ireland, or a first grade reading book it is so easy the first grade book would give you an idea what buntus cainte is all about ... speaking gaelic is all about

Hi,
Learning Gaelic: I can recommend a CD/ Book Course "Teach Yourself Irish", which is a good course for beginners to intermediate levels. Should cover more than just the basics...
I would definitely get a course with a CD to get used to the spoken language as well.
