About Me:
I play some fiddle, and am trying to learn Mandolin. I also would like to meet other fiddle players. I had a terrible time trying to find a fiddle teacher in my area. I could find all kinds of violin (classical) teachers. Any way I have been playing off and on for about 5 years.
Favorite Music:
I enjoy a wide range of music, but I listen and play Celtic the most. You will find Classical (not Opera), Bluegrass, Country, Rock, Some Heavy Metal, In my CD collection.

That's great! I met the glassmen during their Euro-tour. We travelled for 2,5 hours to see the Glassmen rehearse. It was pretty cool. gave us some great insights in what was possible concerning rehearsals. In comparison, our rehearsals would look very unorderly. and their performance was outstanding.
Well, you never know where future might lead us... so, See you!

how are you?I find fiddle much harder than the mandolin, must be the bow aspect of it!Tuned the same so going from fiddle to mandolin should be some what easy for you.

Hi Dover,
Very nice to meet another fiddler as well! I still play classical music every now and then, but there is nothing I enjoy more than playing Celtic tunes, Irish and Scottish alike!
